Well to start off the night the staff were terribly rude, they weren't at the counter when we arrived and continued their conversations while helping us. Not friendly at all. Then waiting to enter the movie the staff member was very unprofessional and only let us into the movie five minutes after the required time as he kept walking off, so once we actually got into the movie we couldn't find our seats as it was too dark, the lights were off and the trailers had already started. Once the movie started the projector was not setup correctly the 3D was not working and made you feel squint. After about 30 minutes into the movie the projector went off, and then the sound, where we had to sit for about 10 minutes in the dark while people continued to pull their cell phones out and make shadow puppets on the screen, most entertaining part of my night. When the projector at last came back on the colouring was totally out for a few minutes, and we had to re-watch about 20 minutes of the movie we had already seen. At last the projector was fixed and the 3D was working, but a little too late, my experience was already ruined.
