On Saturday the 13th of April my wife and i decided to watch the movie "The Host".
We waited 30 minutes only to be told by the Manager that the projector was faulty, but has been fixed and that the movie would start in a few minutes.
15 Minutes later, NOTHING. So another movie goer and myself decide to ask the manager "what was going on"
He was in the projector room, so we ask another lady, about whats going on.
HER REPSONSE WAS " THE PROJECTERNIST JUST ARRIVED", THE MOVIE WILL START NOW.
We then asked to speak to the manager, who sent a message saying he was busy.
My question to you Sterkinekor: "What makes you think that we as customers have to put up with this.
Nu-Metro is at a reasonable distance!!!
Your service and attitude of your entire Greenstone staff is appauling. GET DOWN THERE AND SORT OUT!!!
