Last night my wife and i went to see the movie Thor. During a epic fight scene the movie paused and re started later at a scene which TOTALLY ruined the movie experience. What followed was even MORE tragic. A employee came in to apologise and said the technician will sort it out soon.that NEVER happened.they continued to let the movie play to the end where it paused AGAIN.spoiling the ending which is seen at every marvel movie. Then as everybody walked out to demand their money back and to see the manager other movie goers came out too saying their movie was paused too. Everybody demanded to see management who came out HALF an hour later, WITHOUT apologising NOR confirming with people that he was the manager.so many peoples movie going experience ruined only to be compensated for with a voucher.not even a free drink or popcorn which WAS bought to enjoy the movie, NOR an apology from management. NU-METRO seems the better way to go now
