A friend and I went to see The Mortal Instruments at Cresta on 14 September at 17h45. We bought two combo's and proceeded to enjoy the movie. However, about 30 min into the movie the lights came on and the movie continued. Two minutes later it stopped! I eventually found someone who explained this technical problem is a common occurrence! After 20 min the movie resumed. We all settled in and continued "enjoying" our interrupted movie. The biggest surprise lay waiting. At 20h15, the movie abruptly stopped and the lights came on. End of this performance!!! This time I was not the only one complaining and more people got up to state their dissatisfaction we were informed the performance was stopped in order to prepare for the next performance starting at 20h30!! This was the worst night out in a very long time and we had nothing to do with it. Ster Kinekor and their incapable staff is to blame. I am demanding from you an explanation and compensation for the intention of money "well spent", but wasted on a bad experience. I complained on the Ster Kinekor website, received a mail that I would be contacted within 48 hours. 4 days later still no contact. What is Ster Kinekor going to do?
