Reason for them being bankrupt

ABSOLUTELY INCOMPETENT, UNTRAINED, UNEDUCATED, EVEN AT MANAGERIAL LEVEL
I requested my service be temporarily disconnected on 28 March, at 11:37, call made from 0844004376 to 0115829800.I also record my calls!! At the time, my account was up to date, even had a credit amount! They never disconnected the service, according to "Dimakatso", therefor I owe them R39... no..R71... no..R31..?? She was unable to give my a correct amount, how and when I got to be in arrears. I requested to speak to her supervisor."Lee" came on and introduced himself as the "floor manager". He was also incapable to give me clear amounts, dates invoices was created and said that he would "activate the account as long as I also act in good faith and pay!! I requested a full statement in an effort to calculate where I got in arrears, since he, nor Dimakatso could clarify. He promised to e-mail me the statement. I AM STILL WAITING FOR A STATEMENT I AM ENTITLED TO.THE LEVEL OF EDUCATION THEY SHOWED IS SHOCKING, WITH NO ACCOUNTING SKILLS OR TRAINING. DID TOPTV REALLY THINK THEY CAN RUN A SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS WITH THESE TYPE OF PERSONNEL? CLEARLY THEY DID, HENCE THE REASON FOR THEM BEING BANKRUPT. STARTIMES SHOULD GET RID OF THEM
