I AM SO DISGUSTED AND OF WITH TOPTV, LASTMONTH I HAD A PROBLEM WITH MY SERVICES WHEN I REQUESTED AN UPGRADE. I WASNT TOLD THAT I NEED TO PAY THE AMOUNT WITHIN A CERTAIN TIME, MY SERVICES EWRE DISCONNECTED . AFTER NUMERUOS CALLS AND EMAIL IT WAS SORTED OUT, WEL, THATS WHAT I THOUGHT. I CLEARLY REQUESTED TO HAVE THE MOVIE CHANNEL REMOVED SO TO MY KNOWLEDGE ALL I HAD TO PAY THIS MONTH WAS R 170.00. ONCE AGAIN MY SERVICES ARE DISCONNECTED. CALLDE THE CALLCENTRE TO GET IT SORTED ONLY TO BE TOLD FROM THE THERE THAT MY SERVICE NEEDS TO BE ACTIVE TO HAV IT REMOVED, MY SERVICE WAS ACTIVE LAST MONTH WHEN I REQUESTED THE DOWNGRADE. NOW I AM SITTING WITHOUT A SERVEICE CAUSE THE STAFF DOESNT KNOW HOW TO FOLLOW SIMPLE REQUESTS. I ALSO HAD CHANNELS REMOVED OF MY PLAN APPARENTLY CAUSE TOTV WAS GOING THROUGH SOM FINANCIAL CRISIS, SO WHAT THE DOESTHAT HAVE TO DO WITH ME, MONEY ISNT GROWING ON THE TREE NEITHER AM I RIPPING OFF PEOPLE TO LIVE, I CONSIDER TOPTV A BIG RIPP OFF AND THEY CANT KEEP TO THE CORRECT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. INSTEAD OF THE COMPANY TRYING TO GET MORE NEW CHANNELS TRY TO IMPROVE YOURLS SERVICE FIRST . SERVICE.
