No competitors leads to disgusting service

We have been to the movies a couple of times in the school holidays and Ster Kinekor is disgraceful:
- Totally understaffed at the ticket counter and the refreshment point all leading to excessively long queues and total chaos
- Disgustingly filthy cinemas that are very obviously not cleaned between shows (specifically Tygervalley)
- No seat numbers on the chairs so impossible to locate seats and leading to disputes amongst customers (specifically Capegate); and no personnel in sight to assist anyone.
- Stale popcorn and watery slush - specifically @ Capegate (obviously no morning preparation done before the 11.30am rush!
- Ridiculously overpriced refreshments - how do they justify a markup of 1000% on a bottle of water!!!
- Film starting 26 minutes after the advertised time! (incl adverts)
I wish that at each shopping centre there was both a Nu Metro and a Ster Kinekor, then we would be able to choose the one that provided the better service and pricing.
