Good day, I have an account with Truworth and its in arrears reason being I didn't pay because the last time I had a balance of R880.00 but suddenly they advise me about tghe balance of 1900.00 and some odd rands.
I refused to pay the account and when the collection department contacted me I requested the statement which will show me all the transaction in my account as i didn't understand why the amount came upto 1900.00 and odd rands, they promised to it within 48hrs. they called again and i requested the statement still they advised they will fax withing 48hrs and to date nothing is received. thereafter I decided to pay as it is affecting my credit and when i requested the transaction at the store they were unable to assist as the account has already been handed over..
Now i dont know where to turn to for assistance.
