We went to watch Frozen Saturday morning at Brooklyn Mall Ster-Kinekor and was frankly shocked by the quality of service. The new automated ticket line works and works well but getting drinks and popcorn took us more than fifteen minutes. It went down hill from there... When the attendants card machine needed to be rebooted before I can pay I lost it and said I will pay after the show for which by now we were already late for.

After the show I went back and asked to speak to a manager since I was unable to find the attendant who helped me before. An attendee pointed me to the managers office (which has no clear marking) and I knocked. I could see the person in the office on the phone so I gave him a couple of minutes and knocked again. He acknowledged me knocking but did not respond. At this time the person who served me drinks came out and I was able to pay. Till now I was unable to talk to a manager at Brooklyn and when we left, there was more than 30 people queuing to get drinks already from 2 available attendees. No manager in site.
Short and not so sweet Ster-Kinekor: There are far to many alternatives to sour a customers day with unacceptable service.
