I took my son to watch Epic at Brooklyn Mall yesterday (17/06). I chose to go to that mall in particular as a treat because of the 3D Cinema. We arrived early enough to get tickets and had 15 minutes before the movie started, in which we had time to get snacks and cool drink. i then had to wait over half an hour to be served, only to then have to wait (who knows what for?) while my vendor lady took my order and then disappeared and then to return and then not have any of the drinks i ordered... all this ended up making me 40 Minutes late for the movie! with no apologies for the hold up whatsoever!
I did not choose to come to a premium cinema, pay extra for the tickets (compared to sterland, for instance), only to receive poor service, insufficient snacks and to miss half of my movie! and for what? more expensive ticket prices?
with this level of service, my expectations of returning to Brooklyn Ster Kinekor anytime soon are very VERY low...
