My requests were simple and in plain English.
ONCE AGAIN I RECEIVED A STATEMENT NOTING BAD DEBT HAS BEEN WRITTEN OFF ON MY ACCOUNT!!! If this query was resolved, why have I received a statement on 29/07/ 13 once again noting bad debt has been written off?
My previous complaints were not challenges to see how many times you will get this wrong. I have absolutely no confidence in your ability to do things right. Once again, these are my requests:
1. A letter acknowledging YOUR mistake, confirmation that my account was not handed over to ITC and a statement from 1 December to date, reflecting NO BAD DEBT HAS BEEN WRITTEN OFF.
2. If my account was handed over to ITC, I want a copy of your instruction, to have the listing removed. Request confirmation that this has been done and pass it on to me. NOT A COPY OF MY CREDIT REPORT.
3. As previously requested, have a manager contact me via e-mail to arrange a suitable time to call, this way I will not miss your call.
If a customer lodge this many cmplaints, at what point do you take things seriously? FIX YOUR BILLING ERROR and have the decency to apologise telephonically and follow up with a PROPER letter of apology.
