I used Ster Kinekor's Android App to book Iron Man 3 for Thursday Night 02/05 @ 17:35 - Your App initially really impressed me, I could choose my seat and the interface was smooth and intuitive. Then when I wanted to print my ticket, as I always do with my CCRD at the ticketline booth, the seat had changed completely.
Your ticket kiosk official (Mondy) was fortunately very helpfull and managed to use a "system trick" to get me the original ticket seat.
BUT Then the fun continued. The seat (G11) was in a total mess. Slush puppy (Hope it was...) popcorn and chewing gum and whatnot. I asked the cleaners to assist but they said "That can not be cleaned sir" When I asked what now? they just ignored me. I felt embarrassed as everyone noticed my predicament and I had to resolve to the Lovenest Comfy Cushions to make my seat useable. (You will probably get a complaint from those seat owners as well)
I have used Brooklyn for many years and this was by far the worst experience from start to finish. I had a headache when I left and I believe that Ster Kinekor is letting the ball slip with the quality of their service and booking software. Disappointing.
