I'm extremely disappointed in the quality of movie cinemas, its now the second time I've visited a Ster-kinekor in a couple months to be disappointed with poor picture quality; grainy out of focus video and bad quality sound.
Today I spent R432 taking my partner and my 2 kids to watch monsters inc 2 and was treated to poor video and sound quality. The sound itself crackled and distorted as if the film was damaged. The front right speaker in the cinema was clearly blown as well, cracking and distorting every time there was a little bass. With the amount of money charged per customer, why do you guys fail to maintain your equipment?! I will certainly never visit your cinemas again and will certainly warn my friends against this too.
