I accidentally payed my DSTV account into the wrong multichoice account, it went to the Multichoice Africa account instead of the South African account. I first went to the Maponya mall DSTV centre and could not get any help. I then went to the Randburg with my proof of payment, it was there that they picked the error but was told to go to the bank and do a reversal. Today I decided to call the Multichoice Africa call centre and spoke to a lovely lady called Desiree Ref#869653. She efficiently assisted me with my issue and within a few hours my DSTV was working and the funds transferred to the correct account.
I hardly send compliments but I had to make an exception in this case.
