Every single time there is a problem with the service I am told to lug my PVR in for testing, even though many times the problem resolved itself and I mean many times. The last time the thing was tested I purchased a new one, but the same problem resides. Besides that issue the new PVR was a 2 tuner and not a 4 tuner which was initially advertised. I pay good money for this service as an unemployed disabled person, so you tell me who will pay the cost for TV time lost, (cover yourself with T&Cs, good ploy for incompetence) finding someone to take the device in for further testing etc. Money making racket, I smell why is this nonsense new, not like the old DSTV we used to know, excuses, excuses, excuses or untrained individuals.
