Incorrect billing

I installed dstv for my tenants in my apartment in 2010 and it was on prepaid. My tenants moved out of the unit and the house was left vacate.

However, in the middle on 2012 I found that I was listed by multichoice for R387 and I successful challenged that information the default was removed. Now that I bought another apartment and I want to install dstv, I'm being told that I owe R387 for which no payment was outstanding as their system automaticaly disconnectes the services if no payment is made in the account after 3 days. I'm not liable for the payment because they do have mechanism in place to disconnect if not payment is made.

So please dstv update your records, I don't owe anything.
