RECONNECTION FEES

We moved to another area and was not connected until 29/07/2013, but i phoned onteh 23/07/2013 regarding a signal wich we only received after we had to pay someone to come out for a signal so know we have been charged for those day which i dont understand i havent been getting any signal until 29/07/2013.
Then i tried calling them never got through since 01/07/2013 the 02/07/2013 i still not then i send them a mess case no 3642392 its the 04/07/2013 and still no reply as to why i should pay so much on the account, this morning i was diconnected, i ws trying to short my acc and no respond from multi choices and know i have to pay extra... can you belived it...
