I cannot believe the incompetence of the Call Centre people at multi choice. On the 27th of June 2013 I phoned in to activate my dstv select package. I spoke to the consultant (cnt remember his name) and asked him to activate my services after paying the R300 as requested. Whilst I was on line he asked me to change the lines at back of decoders etc, which I never had to do before.

Besides this the call got cut almost at the end of the call. I was under impression it is sorted. They then cut it and I found out that they connected both premier and select packages (how is this possible). I phoned in again 4 July 2013 and spoke to another consultant and once again whist busy on the phone my call got cut. I have spent in total more than an hour to sort this out on the phone (on my cost, as they dont contact you back).

This is not the first time someone from the call centre incorrectly connected my services. The last time someone connected a decoder that I dont even have on the premier package. I am now fed up with this and cannot keep on making phone calls to sort out incompetent people's mistakes. This is the worst service I have ever had from any company.
