I reconnected my DStv 2 days ago. I still do not have a signal. I called the call centre and was put on hold for a long time. When I eventually spoke to someone, they didn't help me. I even sent the error message, E16, to the mobile number 32472 and received an sms saying they will reset it. Even after that, there is still no signal. If no signal tomorrow, I am cancelling my contract.
