I bought a decoder from IBM tv & was promised it would installed same day & no it wasn't, all their their land lines didn't get through, one was a wrong number & the other 2 kept saying number doesn't exist but didn't stop trying till the next day around 6pm & I then emailed multichoice & they called 2 days later & I informed the consultant that it was installed the previous day but hated that the store where I bought it didn't have a working office line & he contacted this guy he referred to as Jack & that guy promised to call me back & he did but he was very rude & I hung up on him... i can't believe someone who should be working with people didn't even have listening skills
