My account was paid on time by EFT. Since November my service has been discontinued every month due to the fact that my funds has not been "Allocated" to my account by Multichoice. On visiting my local Multichoice office I was treated with utmost disrespect by Mirriam that works at the customer care counter. She refused to help me because I speak Afrikaans and told me to stand aside while she helped the other customers. Is it really so difficult to just update my account so that this problem would not re occur?
