INCOMPETENCE AND BAD ATTITUDE FROM EMPLOYEE

ONE OF YOUR EMPLOYEES MUZI ZUNGUL OF THE NEW MULTICHOICE IN DURBAN HAS AN ATTITUDE PROBLEM. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE EVER ENDURED SUCH IN THE 4 OR 5 TIMES I HAVE USED THAT BRANCH. HE WAS GIVING ME ATTITUDE AND MAKING ME REPEAT STUFF 3 TIMES OR MORE. I DID NOT CONFRONT HIM ABOUT IT UNTIL I HAD TO COME BACK FOR MY CHANGE WHICH HE DID NOT GIVE TO ME. WHEN I ASKED FOR HIS MANAGER, SIYA KHUMALO COMES THROUGH AND I EXPLAIN WHAT HAPPENED AND TELL HIM HOW MUZI HAD BEEN BEHAVING. MUZI THEN THROWS MY CHANGE ON THE COUNTER IN FULL VIEW OF THE MANAGER AND I POINT OUT THE ATTITUDE PROBLEM TO THE MANAGER AND THEN MUZI ASKS "WHAT DID I DO? " AND THEN SIYA TELLS HIM TO STOP. I DONT KNOW IF IT IS BECAUSE I WAS NOT SPEAKING ZULU OR HE JUST WANTED MY ATTENTION AND I DIDNT GIVE IT TO HIM BUT IT IS UNACCEPTABLE. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST COMPLAINT COMING FROM ME ABOUT AN EMPLOYEE OF MULTICHOICE. YOU GUYS NEED TO START EMPLOYING PEOPLE THAT JUST WONT RECITE A SCRIPT EACH TIME A CUSTOMER WALKS THROUGH THEIR DOORS, BUT PEOPLE THAT WILL BUILD RAPPORT WITH THEIR CUSTOMER BASE. I WOULD LIKE THIS MATTER TO BE RESOLVED ACCORDINGLY AND I WOULD LIKE A PROPER RESPONSE THIS TIME AROUND!
