Multichoice neglects its Rural Customers

Multichoice has changed their card... again. We live in a rural area, 350 km from Durban. We have to go all the way to Durban to change the card!! It will cost us over R2, 000.00! NOT a 'Free' exercise for us, and many people in our area simply cannot afford this! Yes, they sent us warning, but going to Game in Kokstad was a waste of time! Game cannot change the card! even though they sell the decoders. Our farm workers cannot afford to go all the way to Durban to change their cards.
I cannot understand why Multichoice didn't take this roll out service to rural areas! How can they allow Game to sell their decoders but not service their clients?
Multichoice has now many, many disgruntled clients in our area, Mt Fletcher, Matatiele, Cedarville, Matatiele, Franklin, Swartberg!

Come On Multichoice!! Get a wake up call or stand to loose your clients!
