DSTV worst service ever!!!

Something as simple as replacing my lost smartcard and connecting my HD PVR has proved to be more than Multichoice is able to deal with. I visited the N1 City branch on Monday 6th May, and after waiting for more than 40mins to have my decoder paired to the replacement card, i eventually had to advise i needed to get to the airport and would call in once I plugged in my PVR. Finally today I'm wanting to do just that and lo and below, my decoder has still not been paired. The call centre agent advises me to contact the agency where i purchased the replacement card, so i do tha at and call head office at 2.26pm. But oh my goodness, did i get the worst attiude ever from your switchboard lady who advised that no one is able to assist me telphonically at your "head office". She was completely unprofessional, was not willing to assist and listen to my frustration and simply then just ended my call. Is this the kind of treatment you give all your customers calling your head office??? Multichoice jack up your service, we are paying customers!!!
