Multichoice disconnected me 3 times this month even though I paid up to date!
The problem was I entered the incorrect reference number which was explained (three times!)
I left a email on the DSTV website and was contacted about 5 hours later by Roderick. He had told me to send through my payment by taking a photo on my account and emailing it, which I did.
He also stated that because of the incorrect reference number they would have to "physically" check. ( can you imagine that actually having to do something without the aid of computer) They then reconnected only to find out the disconnected 3/4 days later! Another phone call to the 15-20 to 30 minute waiting time to talk to someone and explaining it all over again to be told my proof of payment is " inconclusive "!!!?? Nonetheless they reconnected and yes a couple of days later disconnected!!! Surprise surprise!!
To date I have had about - 10 days viewing DSTV this month!!
All I can say is the service!!!
