I bought a decoder and installation voucher on Saturday (29/06/2013) and was told by the shop attendant that I can expect installation by Monday (01/07) latest I have not received any feedback so far and nobody has yet contacted me for installation, I have phoned a number of times and I keep being told that they have taken the job card and I can expect it the same day (this was Monday) it is now another day gone by and still nothing yet.
I have also paid already for the bouquet I chose and I have not had anything installed so effectively I have paid for services which I have not received yet.
