As discused on Saturday my number is 071 927 3480, its regarding the decorder that i bought in November 2012 and I am still waiting for the installers to come and no one has gotten back to me. I have been coming to multichoice on many occassions only to be promised that the installers will come but they never do. I phoned Multichoice right now wanting to speak to you and the lady who answered the phone refused to transfer me to you and instead transfered me to the installers were I spoke to Ketshwanetsi who was very rude and told me that its highly impossible for them to not have installed it and that they are not reponsibe for this and went on to say my voucher has expired. Ketshwanetsi went on to say its not their fault and that i did not ask about installation.
To say the least, i am very shocked at the lack of proffessionalism and I am appalled at your employees behaviour when asking to be transfered to you and their attitude is shocking including Precious your receptionist.
I expect to get what I paid for and I am hoping you will stand out and be a bright star and assist me, its not my fault the voucher has expired, I have done my part by reporting this to you people more
