Ought a decoder and instalation voucher on saturday (13-07-2013) and i was told by the shop (Dstv Protea Glen) that i can expect installation the following day (sunday 14-07-2013) and on sunday i didn't recieved any feedback from them and i went to the shop and i was told the installations guys are not in today so i must wait for monday so i told them that during the weeking on not available but i will try to be home early on monday (15-07-2013) and yesterday i called them and i told them am home and the told me their guys are on their way to my place.
I have also paid for the bouquet i chose and i have not had anything installed so effectivetly i have paid for a services i haven't received.
