Please can someone help me, my account is disconencted after I paid what my statement advised. I am now told to pay online or @ a spar to reconnect online it says your balance is 0 rand, at kwikpay i cant pay coz balance is 0 rand. But the call centre says I must still pay to get dstv.
Please can I be re connected or be emailed as to what is happening
