Poor Problem solving from DSTV call centre

My subscription service to m-net was cut as multichoice/dstv/ m-net claim the account was never paid.
A payment was made on the 3rd January 2013 and I had an add on package included the 9th of January 2013.
The consultant mentioned I could pay this pro rata balance on the 1 Feb which would be included with the other subscription for Mnet.
My service was then cut off on the 16th of January, when I called in it was as a result of the Drifta been connect to the same account, the outstanding balance was R37.00.
In-turn I made numerous calls to Mnet requesting that they reconnect my Mnet as the subscription was fully paid for on the 3rd, Strangely they know claim my decoded is faulty and will have to go in for repairs.
But prior to them cutting the signal it work just fine with out problems.

I'm am extremely dis-satisfied with how Multichoice/ DSTV / M-net have handled this situation, and I also find it amusing that when a person has paid a subscription to a service that they can just cut you off without notice.
