M. Potgieter - 36050021. I have taken the time to write this complaint due to poor service I have been receiving since the 17 June 2013. I really feel that DSTV have the majority say here and if I don't like it I must just keep quite! What else can I do? I was told very rudely by your consultant Adele Swanepoel: call time was at 7:55 - 27 June 2013 that I have an overdue account - please listen to the recorded message and you will understand why I am upset. So does this mean I am not able to receive any service from DSTV until my account has been paid? also I have explained my problem she said that she wont be able to assist I must call PayPal. I asked her then with whom am I dealing with PayPal or DSTV. Then she said that its still not possible to assist however as soon as I asked for a reference number to my problem/complaint then she was able to activate the required SMS for me to continue viewing the movie. Why do we have to first become agro, raise our voices and demanding when she could have assisted... I have more so please call me
