Im having problems with Multichoice, i got staff account and im paying for insurance R20 per month. I went to their office at NI CITY as i didnt have any signal, they told me my decoder needs to be replaced, Agent who was assisting told me they can only replace it if i got insurance, she checked on the system, according to multichoice i dont have insurance were as on my payslip its reflecting. I showed her my payslip as proof that im really paying insurance, They told me i need to take it up with my HR to fix it. My HR also could not assist me, they referred me to Multichoice and they gave me telephone number to call for employee number 0112892289 i called this number several times no one picks up the phone was holding for more than 30 minutes. ALL i want, to get my decoder as im paying the insurance and it must be sorted and it must reflect on their system- . Sad part im paying subcription but im not getting the service
