Dstv account switched off

Good day I'm a premium dstv subscriber..My arrangement with dstv is to debit my acvcount on the 28th of every month... Today 03/08/2013 when I tried to switch on my dstv I saw my account was suspended..when I phoned customer care they told me my debit order didn't go through and I need to make a manual paymenty to switch my dstv back on... I asked them if I can't arrange for the payment to go of the end of august with my normal monthly payment and they said they can't, I had a similar problem th beginning of the year and I had no problem arranging to pay the end of the month and my dstv was switched on..what I also noticed when asking how much my account was behind I got a report that said I am a 1200 rand in arrears but my bank doesn't show any other time my payment didn't go of... I would just like to be able to wach the rugby and have. My dstv switched on please can you be able to assist me?
