I live in a complex where we share our DSTV (and it is legite, I pay R180.00 a month for 11 channels) problem is I cant complain to DSTV as I dont have my own account number.
Since December 2012 DSTV has repeated 4, YES 4 episodes of the Good Wife! On prime time TV!
How is this? Well it's very simple our schedule is so close to USA's that when they are behind we have to repeat!
What a load of BS! We all lap it up hey!
That no one else has complained is beyond me! That DSTV has not offered a discount for their incompetence is also beyond me.
Anyway you know how the South African Public is, we just accept everything! If 500 000 customers said this we will not accept this poor service and cancelled their accounts for one month then maybe DSTV would feel a small pinch but as South Africans we are bad consumers hence we will always receive bad service!
One day you will be the person who gets upset and frustrated by the service you get and you will ask yourself how is it there are not hundreds of thousands of people complaining and demanding a discount for the terrible service that they pay good money for that they are receiving.
