Reference number 148952170, with reference to this reference number, i drove to DSTV Randburg on the 23rd of December last year after the call center failed to resolve my billing problem whereby DSTV was demanding R825.00, A Lerato attended to my query, and when she failed to resolve it effectively, she called her manager a Sheldon Richards. on top of a R400 that was paid on the 20th of December 2013, it was then concluded that i top it up with R185.66 but i paid R187.00. my concern is that, this time again DSTV is demanding for R702.99, and yet in actually case, DSTV needs to ask for R380 R20 R99 R70 which comes to R569, so i needed someone to get back to me explaing this discrepancy, instead a Boitumelo Semfeng got back to me with case number 4522924 n further claims that my account is already oweing R133.99 n yet this Sheldon chap should have resolved this matter last year already, this useless Boitumelo did not even look detailed in my concern n just sent me a mail, if there is any one wit competancy in this organization, resolve my problem, if i have to go there, i will demand for my fuel money back, as it costs me to either call or drive to Randburg from Eastgate
