I was watching on DSTV when all of a sudden an error message came up which restricted me from viewing. It was an E30-4 error message. After being on the phone for 30min, the call centre agent had exhausted all avenues of trying to assist me to get back online. I was promised that somebody would call me back within the next hour. I am still waiting for that call. I called DSTV call centre at 18:08 10/01/2013, it is now 10:36 11/01/2013. My wife and child are wanting to watch DSTV at home but cannot. This is unacceptable service from a huge service provider such as Multichoice.
