I made an order to hire wedding decor a week ago at Encore Functions & decor with Andre Brown. Everything was confirmed by him for pick up on Thursday at 11 o clock, I have sent a truck from Smithfield to Bloemfontein to do the pick up, only to receive a lot of stories, he just send an e-mail to say he can't help any more!
The worst service I received. Beware of Andre Brown from Encore!
