I have been trying to get my daughter's ster kinekor card all year, to no avail, because of a problem on Discovery's side. When I call, I'm told it's SK's problem. It has now been acknowledged that it is Discovery's. I have been paying for movie tickets all year, instead of getting them for free. They do not return calls, I get told they are "dealing with it". I have now demanded a year's free movie tickets and that they action this. I wonder if they will!
Discovery has got too big and treats its clients like chattel.
