No refund given for tickets booked thru system

I booked 4 tickets for despicble me 2 3d, arrive at cinema to collect tickets for the movie for it to tell me there's a problem with my booking, the manger then checks the system which says its refunded me, they charge me again for the movie and I still have not received my refund for the intial purchace. Manager isn't answering his phone. Disgusting service on there behalf.
