CASE NUMBER: 3594606 refers. I was under the impression that I have insurance on my decoder until I changed my package in May and the lady said there's no insurance. I have instructed her to immediately put it back, which she never did. About a week later my decoder was out of order and I have tried to swop it at a Multichoice dealer, to no avail. They said there's no insurance and I SPECIFICALLY told them to put insurance on my account. Now they take almost a MONTH to trace a call made in May 2013 and I am STILL without TV because I refuse to buy a new decoder if I have specifically instructed them to put it back. I give up because all they say is that they understand that I am frustrated. Go take a hike DSTV!!! I need to find out ASAP what's your ruling because it cannot go on like this. Either you will swop the decoder or not. Easy, just provide me with decent feedback.
