Hi got error message on my decoder when i called there help line was told the hard drive is gone and I need to bring it in for testing, or pay 380 and get a new 1 . I asked her why I'm paying insurance since I'm with dstv and was told it was on my previous decoder which was a year ago, they have been charging me for it on a decoder that was no longer in use as I don't receive any statements from dstv I asked that my insurance money be returned to me as I was no longer using the decoder that was insured .she very rudely told me that it was my fault and I had to have call in to change the insurance to the new decoder, I don't think there is anything wrong with my 1 and they should be held liable
