I have a broken DSTV decoder for weeks now, and when I took it in to the Polokwane branch, they simply just told me they don't have any stock to replace my decoder!!! And for what do I pay the insurance on my decoder monthly if they can't even replace it? For 2 weeks now I have to pay for my DSTV package but I can't use it because they don't have stock!!! This is unacceptable!!!
