This has happened soo many times now. We go to the Engen in Pine Heavan.
We try and load credit on our movie card to rent some movies. Now we stay 25km out of town and this is the closest place to rent movies.
Everytime its a hastle. having problems load the the money on the card. Normally we would struggle up to an hour to load the credit. Today just had enouch. this is just terrible service.
Why is it always such stugle to load the credit?
