MNET SIGNAL TO RUSTENBURG

For the past three weeks, since beginning of August, there is an interruption in the MNET signal to Rustenburg. No service between 12:00 and 17:00 every day. I have reported this several times but with no effect. We still have to pay our monthly subscription. Multichoice is aware on the problem but the do not repair the signal. How long do we have to wait???!!!
