Why has CASE NUMBER 3399123 still not been resolved?
After sending proof of payment dated 27/04/2013, MultiChoice promised on 30/05/2013 to allocate the payment correctly and to refund the debit order.
Why has this not happened yet? Must I really make out a case of against MaultiChoice?
