Shocking Service

Ster Kinekor in BR Mall is newly upgraded along with the Mall itself. Why then are your shelves always empty, always out of stock of something which is on your "menu". Makes no sense because firstly there is Checkers, Clicks etc you can utilize to make sure you don't run out of stock. Secondly, these are non-perishable items, yet always out of stock. We went to see Fast 6 last week and naturally the cinema was full, due to the movie itself. We stood 45min in the queue to get popcorn & cooldrink, coz there were only 2 staff members serving, one of whom was pregnant. Definitely not the staff's fault, but there was nobody of senior management to assist us.

Then due to the above & the queue of people waiting to purchase, they delayed the movie, so this movie which was supposed to start at 8.00pm, only started at 8.30pm. And no surprises here, but the patrons sitting in the cinema already, were told absolutely NOTHING.

Shocking service for an establishment that depends on the patrons to survive!!! We pay money for your services, you need to keep your clients happy, or I don't forsee you making much business. If you had seen all those unhappy patrons, you would agree!!!
