Multichoice

In December 2012 I made an EFT payment for my Dstv subscription and then Multichoice proceeded to run a debit order for a double amount. I have been phoning Multichoice since then to rectify the problem, I have submitted the proof of payment twice and yet they cannot allocate the funds to my account. The end of March, they had the nerve to run a double payment off my account again and the call centre agent advised me that Multichoice has a lot of funds unallocated to subscribers accounts. They their customers money and the only response you get from the call centre is that you are one of hundreds of subscribers who's money is not allocated to the account. They their clients money. I am sure Top TV delivers a better service... And when I made the EFT I was given the wrong ref number so they claim they cannot find my payment even though I emailed the proof of payment to the shift leader with the wrong ref number on so they can track it to that ref number... USELESS!!! I have on a monthly basis since December yet nothing has been done about it.
