Deadly cinema with shocking on-going service

I attended the new cinema at Blue Route Tokai, and found myself waiting in excessive queues for tickets and food. I returned a while later only to find the queues even longer. Being wiser, I used the automated ticket line and instead went without snacks. Towards the end of the movie I noticed smoke billowing from below the front of the screen. Jumping up I went to investigate, and seeing smoke pouring in from the fire escape in front, I tried evacuating the patrons, to no success. I ran out to raise the fire alarm, and found the first call station not working! I continued through to find another fire emergency button, then barging into the back office, only to find from staff that they were seeming to attend to the matter. Although I missed the last 20 min of mu movie, I then discovered it was pranksters taking advantage of an outer fire door managment had neglected to fix. I complained on the malls facebook page and was promised the service issue to be resolved. I returned tonight to discover things had changed. I waited 30 min in a ticket queue before even getting half way, and since my movie had now begun, left the queue. The snack queue was over an hour long as well. Pathetic!
