Unauthorised Debit Orders

I have been unlawfully billed by So Music. I have never subscribed to their services or authorised any debit orders against my account. I am 74 years old and cannot afford to be robbed of my pension. I want a FULL REFUND of ALL subscription fees debited against my account. Something should be done to close them down. No wonder they cannot be reached by telephone.
