Confused and dissapointed!!!

I've been paying R277 and somne change actually that's an amount we agreed on my monthly subscription but every month it changes I don't know why, but I understand when they included a connection fee but most of the time they don't deduct it on the day we agreed on and then they tell me to pay the connection fee. Right now they re telling me to pay R422. Last week the notification said I must pay R302 I mean for what exactly nd now its R422 and they disconnected the decoder? I won't pay money I don't know what is it for???
